The next Day o’ Mat classes up here in Clark County WA is March 30 at 2, 3:30, and 5 pm. Anyone who has been to Bellates® class is welcome to experience this for free, if you haven’t experienced Bellates® before, I offer a discount price of $10 for the mat class (regular price $15.) I am already fully certified to an Intermediate level in Mat, just need to fulfill some requirements for my next level of certification, so you will be in good hands! We have 6 acres with a beautiful tranquil pond and waterfall for your enjoyment before or after class as an added bonus! Bring sturdy walking shoes to enjoy this lovely wild land. It looks like I will be Apprenticing, and teaching Classical Pilates Beginner Mat classes at Core Pilates (1500 NW 18th Street) in Portland starting in April on Mondays at 6 pm. Dates tba, but this way if anyone is interested, you could get in 2 workouts a week with me in PDX! All fees & registrations will be through Core Pilates. I will let you know when that is open for registration.
