Get in shape for the holidays!

Join me Thursdays at 5 pm for a 6-week session starting Nov. 1.-Dec. 13 (off on Thanksgiving.) Class is by pre-registration with a 4-class card good for any 4 classes :$40. 6-week card: $54. Space is limited to insure individual attention.

Please bring your own 1/4-1/2” Pilates/yoga mat if you have one or pm me to reserve one at $2 per class, cash only day of class.
